For the Society’s January tasting we have been fortunate to arrange a tasting of high quality Canadian Wines.
The presenter will be Robert Wattie of Fairview Wines.
Fairview Wines is an independent wine shop and importers nestled in the centre of the historic town of Midhurst in the middle of the South Downs.
After growing up in Canada, Robert moved to the UK to work in Hospitality and began his wine career in the wine Cellar at the Savoy Hotel.  Since then, he has worked in many of the UK’s best Hotels and Member’s Clubs.
Robert will be guiding us through wines from Burrowing Owl Vineyard, established in 1993, and located in the Okanagan, British Columbia, and Norman Hardie Wines located in Prince Edward County, Ontario.
